THE MORE THAT WE SIGN UP TO BRING, THE LESS IT WILL COST US TO ATTEND THIS 3 DAY EVENT. SO PLEASE DISCUSS WITH YOUR PARENTS WHAT YOU ARE CAPABLE OF BRINGING AND NOTIFY TO THE ADDRESS ABOVE ASAP.
 
Friday the 5th

Saturday the 6th
 
0700 Revielle
0720 Breakfast
0800 Depart for the day of events
1200 Lunch
1600 Arrive back at camp & clean up
1700 Training
1730 Dinner
1830 Training
2000 Camp Fire (if permissible)
2130 Lights out
 
Sunday the 7th
 
0700 Revielle
0730 Breakfast
0800 Training
0930 Break down Camp and Clean Area
1130 Depart for Target
1200 Parent pickup at Target on Roosevelt
 
ALL CADETS WILL BE REQUIRED TO BRING THE FOLLOWING ITEMS FOR THIS CAMPOUT EVENT:
 
  • Sleeping bag or something to sleep on with warm blankets
  • Tent (if you have one)
  • BDU's pants and brown t-shirt or unit shirt and top (if it was issued)
  • Boots
  • 3 pairs of socks
  • 2 sets of under clothes
  • sleeping attire (probably sweats)
  • Jacket
  • toothbrush and paste
  • wash cloth & towel
  • waterbottle, canteen or camelback
  • 2 pairs of PT type gear (check weather to see how cold it will be) shorts not mandatory but suggested for warmer daylight hours
  • sneakers (if you don't own a cheap pair of sneakers we suggest you bring a cheap pair as they may get very dirty)  Wal-Mart

 

Absolutly no CELL PHONES (if you must travel with one it will be collected at camp) If there is an emergency your leaders will have a cell phone to communicate if necessary. There will be cell phones available if you need to make a call to your parents or guardians.

Calls will not be made to girlfreinds, boyfriends or BFF's. They will be there Sunday night/afternoon when you get home 

No Ipods, gaming units or other electronic items will be allowed at this event.

No knives will be allowed as we will not be cutting anything.

Come Ready to Have Some Fun in the Wilderness!!!

All cadets must maintain 75% drill attendance to remain active with our unit.

This POD contains both official and unofficial information. It further contains updates to local, regional national regulations and orders. ALL HANDS are responsible for the reading, understanding, and compliance of its contents.
